North American Pizza
There can be different types of pizzas. Just put anything that you have in your fridge or that fancy your heart.
Topping Ingredients (they are all optional)
- Cooked proteins: chicken, sausage, ham, crumbled tempeh, vegan pizzaroni (e.g. Gusta artisonal vegan pizzaroni - vegan seitan stick)
- Fried vegetables: bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, eggplant, broccoli, cooked and drained spinach,
- herbs: fresh basil
- Tomato pizza sauce
- cheese/cheeze: goat cheese, mozzarella, or vegan melt cheeze (e.g. Gusta artisanal vegan Italiano - vegan grating block cheeze)
Instructions
- Preheated the oven at 450°F.
- After you have partially baked the pizza crust (see North American pizza crusts), add your tomato sauce, toppings, and cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is melt (about 5 to 7 min.).
