Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli florets (1 bunch)
- 1/4 cup red onions (I prefer sweet onions), diced
- handful sunflower seeds
- handful dried raisins or dried cranberry
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Dressing
- 1 cup plain yogourt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or homemade mayo)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and cheese (optional).
- Dressing:
- In a measuring cup, stir together yogourt, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix.
- Season with salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
