Cashew-based Vegan Heavy Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked, raw cashews
- 1 cup water
Optional for a sweet version
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it reaches the desired consistency. Add additional water as needed.
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 week, or freeze.
