Beet Glaze
Prep time: 15 minutes || Cook time: 1h20 minutes
Ingredients
- Beets, 1 inch cubes (cook, peel, and chop)
- Olive oil
- Maple syrup
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the beets in water until ready, for about 1 hour.
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F.
- Drain, peel, wash and chop into 1 inch cubes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add the olive oil, salt, pepper, maple syrup. Mix well.
- Add the beets in the sauce and mix well.
- Add the beets on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes (before they become dry and shrivelled).
