1. Carrot Glaze

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 375F.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. When warm, fry the onions until translucent.
  3. Add the cornstarch and mix in the saucepan.
  4. Add broth until you obtain the right consistency, a glaze should be sticky and thick, not runny.
  5. Add honey to taste.
  6. Add the carrots and mix in the sauce well.
  7. Put the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, or until cooked.

2. Citrus Carrot with Dill

  1. In a bowl, add in the carrots, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Put the carrots on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, or until cooked.
